DIY - Party Pony Style!

Winter is here...

So I am trying to adjust to the blogger.com  reality, make some changes, experiments and we'll see the result  sooner or later!

Long time ago during my trip at The Carpathian Mountains I took these pics which I adore!
Oh the snow and the minus temperatures!
BUT as you can see the beauty is non-negotiable!
Enjoy the winter people & warm yourselves!


PS : I have not a single pic from the ski center simply because I couldn't hold the camera Brrrrrrrr.

DIY Melomakarona

• We put in a bowl with this exact order 

2 cups cottonseed oil                                                                                        

1/2 cup cognac

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup sugar

1 baking powder

7 1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cooking soda

•  Mix them

• Bake them on 180C 

•  For the Syrup

1 1/2 cup water

1 1/2 sugar

1 slice of lemon

1 cup honey & a piece of carnation

PS: maybe you will need some more! it really depends on you!

• Bake them for 1 hour on 200C !
